There’s nothing like getting out an exercising to help depression. They’ve made it super easy and it’s for a good cause. Any time between Monday 19 September and Sunday 26 September, get out there and get moving, wether it’s running, walking, etc. You don’t even have to do it all at once. Just do your thing.
